- All information of authors must be excluded from the early version of the paper submitted for double-blind review process.
2. Peer Review Process
Double-Blind Review:
- ICLI 2026 follows a double-blind peer review system.
- The reviewers will not know the identities of the authors.
- Authors should omit all identifying information from the initial submission, including names, affiliations, acknowledgments, and references to prior work that would reveal their identity.
- Each paper will be evaluated by three peer reviewers for originality, methodology, scientific rigor, relevance to the conference theme, and clarity of presentation.
- Reviewer identities will remain confidential, and authors will receive anonymous review feedback.
Ethics and Integrity:

Keynote Speakers
Professor Yifan Yang
National Interdisciplinary Institute on Ageless, China
“Beyond Disciplinary Boundaries: An Integrated Innovation Pathway Toward Sustainable Longevity”
Abstract
Never before in human history has any era so widely confronted the dual gift and interrogation brought by "longevity." Leaps in medical technology, improvements in public health, and better nutrition are turning the "100-year life" from the fortune of a few into a foreseeable future for the many. Yet, one sharp question remains unanswered: Are the added years a gift of life, or an extension of burden? Even as the global community celebrates, another voice is growing ever clearer — we are far from ready for this profound transformation. This is precisely the deep-seated reason why the 2nd International Conference on Lifespan Innovation (ICLI 2026) has set "Sustainable Management and Interdisciplinary Strategies" as its core theme. As a representative of the conference co-host, Professor Yang Yifan, Vice Dean of the National Interdisciplinary Institute on Ageless, will confront this epochal question head-on in his opening keynote address. Under the title "Beyond Disciplinary Boundaries: An Integrated Innovation Pathway Toward Sustainable Longevity," he will present to a global audience an intellectual exploration that combines academic depth with a strong orientation toward action.

“Nanotechnology-Based Strategies to Counter Immunosenescence and Promote Healthy Aging”
Abstract
Aging is associated with progressive deterioration of immune function, a phenomenon known as Immunosenescence, which increases susceptibility to infections, cancer, and chronic diseases. At the same time, older individuals often experience persistent low-grade inflammation, commonly referred to as Inflammaging. These immune alterations represent major challenges for global health as life expectancy continues to rise.
Nanotechnology has emerged as a promising platform to address age-related immune dysfunction. Nanoparticles can be engineered to deliver vaccines, immunomodulatory agents, and genetic materials directly to specific immune cells, improving therapeutic precision and efficacy. In particular, advanced nanocarriers such as Lipid Nanoparticles have demonstrated their ability to enhance antigen delivery, stimulate immune responses, and improve vaccine performance even in populations with weakened immunity.
This presentation will explore how nanoparticle-based systems can modulate immune responses, reduce chronic inflammation, and enhance vaccine and immunotherapy outcomes in aging populations. By integrating insights from nanomedicine, immunology, and gerontology, nanoparticle technologies may offer innovative strategies to restore immune resilience and support healthier aging.

“Optimizing Wellness Tourism in Thailand: Integrating Medical Techniques and Marketing Strategies for Sustainable Growth”
Abstract
Thailand has become one of the world’s most attractive destinations for wellness and medical tourism, supported by its rich tourism resources, internationally recognized healthcare services, traditional Thai medicine, hospitality culture, and competitive wellness products. In the post-pandemic era, global travelers have become increasingly concerned with physical health, psychological well-being, quality of life, and sustainable lifestyles. This shift has created new opportunities for Thailand to further develop wellness tourism as a strategic sector for sustainable economic growth. According to the project background, Thailand’s wellness tourism market has shown strong growth, while wellness-related services such as Thai massage, spa treatments, rehabilitation, yoga retreats, detox programs, and personalized health management have become important components of the country’s tourism competitiveness. This presentation explores how Thailand can optimize wellness tourism by integrating medical techniques with marketing strategies, particularly for second-tier provinces. It focuses on four key dimensions of wellness tourism: physical fitness, psychological wellness, quality of life, and environmental health. The presentation discusses the segmentation of target wellness tourists, including aging populations, female travelers, Generation Z, domestic tourists, and international high-quality travelers. It also examines internal and external factors influencing wellness tourism development, such as Thailand’s cultural heritage, medical service capacity, wellness infrastructure, government support, international competition, environmental sustainability, and changing consumer expectations. The presentation further highlights the importance of medical technique support in evaluating and enhancing tourists’ wellness experiences before, during, and after their journeys. By combining preventive healthcare, rehabilitation, traditional Thai medicine, personalized wellness assessment, and tourism experience design, wellness destinations can provide more evidence-based and value-added services. At the same time, strategic marketing approaches, including destination branding, market segmentation, digital communication, package design, and collaboration with tour operators and healthcare providers, are essential for attracting high-value tourists and expanding Thailand’s wellness tourism market. Ultimately, sustainable growth in Thailand’s wellness tourism requires a balanced approach that connects health innovation, cultural authenticity, environmental responsibility, community development, and market competitiveness. By integrating medical expertise with effective marketing strategies, Thailand can strengthen its position as a leading wellness tourism hub while supporting sustainable development in second-tier provinces and creating long-term value for tourists, local communities, and the national economy.
