The 11th International Conference on Digital Arts, Media and Technology (DAMT) and the 9th ECTI Northern Section Conference on Electrical, Electronics, Computer, and Telecommunications Engineering (NCON) will be jointly held in Chiang Mai, Thailand, from 4th February to 7th February 2026. Both conferences were established by the Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications, and Information Technology Association of Thailand (ECTI Thailand) in cooperation with major industries and academic institutions in Northern Thailand as an annual international forum in this region. This year, the conference emphasizes Digital Health, providing a platform for students, academics, and industry researchers to exchange ideas and discuss advancements in digital technologies that drive innovations in healthcare and well-being.

All papers accepted and registered at ECTI DAMT and NCON 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings. These proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Scopus, provided that the papers meet the scope and quality standards of IEEE.
