Paper Submission

Prospective authors are invited to submit original full papers WITHOUT authors’ names and affiliations, in English, of 4-6 pages in standard IEEE two-column format only, reporting their original work and results, applications, and/or implementation in one or more of the listed areas.

Papers must be submitted online only through the submission system of the conference website.

At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register and present the paper at the conference for inclusion in the program. The program will also be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.

Camera-Ready Submission

All accepted authors must register for the conference and present their papers. Failure to present will result in exclusion from IEEE IEL and IEEE Xplore, per IEEE policy.

Final Manuscript Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Final Manuscript

Use the provided templates for final manuscript submission. Add the IEEE Copyright Notice on the first page’s bottom-left corner:

Step 2: PDF Check

The final manuscript must be in IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF format. Use IEEE PDF eXpress (Conference ID: 64748X) for conversion.

Step 3: PDF eXpress Account

• Register as a new user.
• Upload source file for conversion.
• Receive IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF by email.

Step 4: Submit Final Documents

Upload the following files in the submission system:

• IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF
• IEEE Copyright Transfer Form
• All submitted papers must be in English.
