After the paper has been accepted through our review process, the TPC will reach out to the author and send them an acceptance letter along with specific payment instructions. The payment receipt can then be uploaded through our system. For the Student Rate, a photocopy of the student ID card must be attached to the payment evidence as a single file.

* Papers registered at the Author Regular Rate and Student Rate, after a double-blind review by three peer reviewers, will be submitted for evaluation in CPCI (part of Clarivate's Web of Science). Where applicable, they will also be submitted to Ei Compendex and Scopus (subject to acceptance). At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference at the author rate. The Author Regular Rate will cover the publication of one paper. The Student Rate must be verified at the time of registration and is valid until the conference start date.
**Author/Student (Present Only) is not eligible for indexing publication through our publisher.
